How We Conduct Our Auctions...
Initially, we determine if an auction is the best way to liquidate your valuable property. If we are in agreement that auction is the best way, a contract is made between you and PAC Shoppe Auctions, Inc. detailing exactly what we will do, and what you can do to enhance the sale of your merchandise. Your property will be inventoried and you will receive a printed listing for everything we accept for sale.

PAC Shoppe Auctions, Inc. will take the responsibility of arranging all advertising, selling the property, collecting all applicable sales taxes and any other moneys including bad checks. You will receive payment for your merchandise, less our fee, on the fifth business day following the auction along with a detailed listing of items sold.

Our fees are based on the quantity, quality and location of the merchandise we will be selling. We will be glad to discuss our fees with you in detail and we look forward to serving you in the near future.
